Overview In this role you will supervise construction field management and inspection of transmission lines and substations in Massachusetts. You will directly guide Transmission Construction Representatives and collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Scheduling, and field staff to ensure safe, timely work that meets Eversource's quality standards. You will oversee environmental compliance and drive safety programs across contractors. The position requires on-call system-wide responsibilities and travel within the MA/CT/NH region. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping execution and safety culture in energy delivery projects.

Responsibilities- Supervise construction field management and inspection for substations and transmission lines using contractor resources
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Scheduling, Contract Administration, and other managers to ensure safe, on-time completion
- Manage all aspects of construction phase including cost, productivity, schedule, and adherence to Eversource Policies
- Ensure compliance with environmental programs, policies, rules, and regulations
- Direct safety initiatives and monitor safety and environmental performance of contractors
- Promote teamwork across Transmission and Distribution organizations and internal groups
- Maintain readiness for emergency restoration assignments and travel as required
- Support on-call responsibilities system-wide
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or the equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of construction, maintenance, or related experience
- Experience in Energy Delivery and transmission preferred
- Supervisory experience with both non-bargaining and bargaining unit employees preferred
- Valid motor vehicle driver's license
