Overview In this role you will lead regional product marketing for the Lifestyle Furniture Division, driving market share and demand generation across the Americas. You will partner with regional and global teams to shape marketing and merchandising plans, product launches, and execution of GTM campaigns. You will evangelize LFD categories-Lifestyle, Furniture, and Content Creation-while coordinating cross-functional initiatives across digital, PR, events, retail, and e-commerce. Your work will have a tangible impact on regional growth and cross-team collaboration, with a focus on timely launches and data-driven decisions. Responsibilities- Execute the go-to-market strategy for the Americas region with comprehensive marketing plans to grow sales and profits
- Collaborate with regional/global marketing, sales, and business units to define regional plans and requirements
- Evangelize LFD categories (Lifestyle, Furniture, Content Creation) and train PR/Sales/Marketing teams
- Coordinate and drive LFD marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams (digital marketing, online merchandising, PR, events, partnerships, retail marketing)
- Manage and maintain regional product launch schedules to ensure timely launches
- Lead quarterly regional brief back with supporting teams to align plans with Global Business Unit
- Prepare and present key account sales presentations and participate in industry/regional events
- Develop impactful marketing campaigns with partners to drive awareness and demand across online and physical stores
- Execute product launch plans to increase Razer's TAM share
- Implement promotion plans based on sales, partner capabilities, and market data
- Develop quarterly regional execution plans in collaboration with supporting teams
- Define account-specific marketing plans with the sales team for retail and e-commerce channels
- Provide regular competitive analyses and US market share tracking
- Review monthly sales forecasts for assigned categories to identify opportunities and align new SKUs with regional strategy
- Other duties as assigned
Key requirements- 3-5 years of category management or related sales/marketing experience in LFD or gaming furniture/electronics
- Experience with co-branded licensed products is a plus
- PC Gaming and/or Esports experience
- Proven track record in pitching/launching/selling through retail and e-commerce with goals met/exceeded
- Strong project management skills
- Data-driven with strong analytical abilities to interpret data and suggest solutions
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Strong teamwork, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
