Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (minimum)
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Bar, or other relevant credentials may qualify
- Knowledge of corporate M&A and private equity
- Proficiency in tax consulting and planning; transaction structuring and corporate restructuring
- Advanced financial modeling and strategy formulation
