Overview You will drive growth for Presidio's Managed Services by acquiring new clients and expanding opportunities with existing accounts. You'll lead end-to-end sales cycles, partner with technical and operations teams, and shape regional go-to-market strategies. This role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes through cloud, infrastructure, and security services within a cross-functional environment. You'll be a trusted advisor, building executive relationships and positioning Presidio as a market leader in managed services.
Responsibilities- Identify and close new Managed Services business opportunities in assigned markets, including new logos
- Lead full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closing
- Meet or exceed annual sales quotas and revenue growth targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline in CRM systems
- Act as trusted advisor to clients by understanding business challenges and aligning services to outcomes
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution design and delivery
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, security, and end-user services offerings
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to execute regional GTM strategies
- Conduct strategic account planning to identify whitespace and new opportunities
- Build executive relationships and stay current on industry trends to position Presidio as a market leader
- Participate in quarterly business reviews, pipeline reviews, and cross-departmental strategy sessions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and help shape future service offerings and strategies
- Travel up to 50% as required
- Support enterprise-level managed services engagements and recurring revenue models
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of progressive B2B sales experience, ideally in IT Managed Services, Cloud, or Technology Solutions
- Proven success meeting/exceeding sales quotas with emphasis on new business development
- Strong understanding of multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with business and technical stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority
- Residence in assigned region and ability to travel up to 50%
