Overview

As Senior Counsel, you will lead global antitrust and trade compliance design and controls at Keurig Dr Pepper. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to embed risk-based practices and respond to enforcement developments. You will advise on sanctions, export controls, and antitrust matters across cross-border activities, shaping policy, processes, and training. This is a high-impact role that supports regulatory engagement and strategic risk mitigation for a global consumer-focused company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global antitrust strategy, policies, procedures and internal controls
  • Advise on enforcement trends and regulatory developments; align with DOJ and SEC expectations
  • Develop global sanctions compliance programs, monitoring and escalation protocols
  • Advise on restricted parties, embargoes, export controls, and trade risks
  • Maintain sanctions policies, procedures and controls ensuring legal defensibility
  • Support regulator engagements, audits, and inquiries as subject matter counsel
  • Review pricing, distribution, and commercial practices; support antitrust aspects of M&A and transactions
  • Embed controls into commercial processes; design escalation protocols and audits
  • Deliver risk-based training programs; monitor global trends and advise on risks
  • Support regulator interactions and investigations
Key requirements
  • 8+ years antitrust experience
  • Law firm or multinational in-house experience (both preferred)
  • Antitrust and Trade Controls expertise
  • Cross-border and commercial advisory experience
  • Analytical judgment and ability to translate legal risk into practical solutions
  • Business acumen and ability to translate requirements into workable business solutions
  • Execution with attention to detail and reliability
  • Collaboration across functions and geographies
