Responsibilities- Oversee commercial and business dispute matters through all phases of litigation, from assessment and strategy to settlement or trial preparation
- Draft and deliver persuasive legal documents (complaints, answers, motions, briefs, discovery, client communications) with accuracy and clarity
- Analyze legal issues, investigate facts, and shape litigation strategies aligned with client objectives
- Lead and support key litigation activities (depositions, hearings, mediations, court proceedings)
- Advise clients on case status, risk exposure, and practical legal options in clear, business-minded terms
- Coordinate case strategy with attorneys and support staff to strengthen advocacy
- Balance multiple matters and deadlines with strong organization, responsiveness, and precision
