Sr. Genesys Architect

As Sr. Genesys Architect, you will lead the design and governance of Genesys-based contact center solutions in Hartford. You will shape architecture for Genesys Framework and the Genesys Voice Platform (GVP), including core components like SIP Server and related servers. You will own application operations, maintenance, development, and upgrades of Genesys components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable inbound voice experiences. This role offers the chance to drive platform modernization and ensure scalable, high-quality customer interactions.

• Architect, implement, and govern the Genesys Framework and Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) across SIP Server, URS, Config Server, DB Server, Routing and Reporting Stat Servers, and Interaction Center
• Oversee application operation, maintenance, development, and architectural decisions for Genesys-based solutions
• Work with GVP components, including GVP, WFM, Infomart, and Interaction Workspace for inbound voice applications
• Manage change, incident/service requests, releases, and upgrades of Genesys components

• Architect with hands-on experience in Genesys Framework and Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) including SIP Server
