Overview

As Administrative Business Partner to the Engineering and Product leadership, you will keep leaders organized and operating at peak efficiency. You'll manage complex calendars, nurture internal and external relationships, and handle confidential matters with discretion. You'll help track team OKRs, prepare meetings and decks, and coordinate global events and travel. This role blends proactive ops, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to support a fast-moving, innovative team. You'll be a trusted partner shaping how leaders execute on their priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and prioritize scheduling decisions independently
  • Track team OKRs, participate in cross-functional meetings, and escalate gaps to achieve goals
  • Act as a thought partner to leaders and propose solutions to challenges
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and cross-functional partners
  • Adapt to organizational changes and onboard new team members, addressing concerns
  • Prepare and document meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items
  • Coordinate events and offsites, manage budgets, and liaise with vendors
  • Collaborate with Global Events Team for large-scale, global events
  • Oversee leader's morale, recognition, and travel budgets
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations for executives and teams
Key requirements
  • 4+ years of administrative experience, including 2+ years supporting VP/Director level in tech
  • Proven discretion handling confidential information
  • Proactive, self-directed with ownership in ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail under time pressure
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Workday, Expensify, and Navan
  • Team player with end-to-end task ownership and stakeholder collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
