Overview In this role you shape how Micron memory enables AI training and inference platforms. You will translate system challenges into differentiated DRAM solutions while aligning customer designs with Micron's roadmap. You'll work with cross-functional teams to explore architectures, engage ecosystem partners, and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities- Explore and evaluate system architectures with modeling, simulation, and prototyping tools
- Engage customers and partners to identify bottlenecks and future memory innovations
- Pathfind AI-focused architectures using LPDDR and DDR DRAM technologies
- Define and explore DRAM features that increase value in AI and high-performance systems
- Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in product engineering or product architecture
- Familiarity with DRAM architectures, including LPDDR and/or DDR technologies
- Understanding of memory hierarchy, memory controllers, and PHY fundamentals
