Overview As a Financial Analyst in CHEP's Supply Chain Finance team, you will analyze and report on the financial performance of a large, dynamic logistics network. You'll partner with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain leaders to keep data accurate and drive informed decisions. Your work will focus on forecasting, variance analysis and process improvements that boost service excellence and efficiency. This role offers exposure to large-scale operations and a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Process high-volume financial data in SAP and other systems with diligence and policy compliance
- Maintain adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements while flagging discrepancies
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers to resolve queries and issues
- Analyze root causes of issues and implement solutions to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and support service delivery
- Drive preventive measures to minimize disruptions and improve customer experience
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, automate workflows, and enhance internal reporting
- Manage complex data requests and generate actionable insights for decision-making
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in financial analysis, business partnering, reporting, or analytics support
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience building reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences
