P&C Predictive Modeling Actuary

In this role you will drive actuarial predictive modeling for Commercial lines-WC, GL, Property, and Auto-by partnering with Underwriting, Data Science, and Actuarial teams to design, validate, and deploy pricing models. You will influence model strategy, recommend experiments and guardrails, and support business decisions at scale. You will supervise a small team, manage projects, and contribute to model filings and documentation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a focus on impactful pricing analytics and process improvement.

• Design, validate, and deploy pricing models across multiple Commercial lines in collaboration with underwriting, data science, and actuarial teams
• Propose model experiments, loss adjustments, guardrails, and technical approaches; influence model strategy and business decisions
• Supervise and mentor a small staff; oversee project execution and resource management
• Translate business needs into analytical solutions and maintain actuarial documentation
• Contribute to model filings and enhancement of team processes

• ACAS or new FCAS with 5+ years of Commercial pricing and predictive modeling experience
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or Git is a plus
