Overview

As an HR Business Partner at Glenmede, you partner with leaders to translate business goals into people strategies that move the organization forward. You function as a culture champion and trusted advisor, shaping leadership development, performance, and talent programs. You will drive cross-functional initiatives in a growth-minded environment, balancing people-first principles with business outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and translate business objectives into people strategies
  • Align HR initiatives with business strategy and drive measurable outcomes
  • Coach managers on organization design, team effectiveness, and leadership development
  • Own end-to-end performance management processes including coaching and development planning
  • Collaborate to strengthen talent pipelines through succession planning and development programs
  • Design scalable talent solutions addressing capability gaps aligned with growth
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Inclusion & Engagement to build integrated programs
  • Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment and advise on policy interpretation
  • Develop tech-enabled HR workflows for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
  • Lead transformational HR projects and promote adoption of HR technology
  • Contribute to engagement surveys and act on feedback to improve organizational health
  • Support equity and inclusion initiatives with the Chief Impact and Inclusion Officer
Key requirements
  • 5-8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR Manager experience in a dynamic, growing organization
  • 5+ years of hands-on people management experience (coaching, performance reviews, career development)
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
