Overview In this role, you will scale TikTok Shop's enterprise partner base within the US, driving topline revenue and shaping a pioneering content-based commerce ecosystem. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to tailor collaboration models, deliver strategic solutions to merchants, and communicate platform opportunities. The role offers impact across product developments, promotions, and logistics in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll help TikTok become the leading on-trend commerce platform for brands, creators, and shoppers.
Responsibilities- Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth
- Discover innovative collaboration models aligned to merchant plans and allocate platform resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve growth challenges
- Offer consultative solutions spanning content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics
- Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities
Key requirements- 5+ years in e-commerce with mixed platform and brand/merchant experience (preferred)
- Track record of delivering or exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals
