Overview As the Identity Governance and Administration Engineer, you will lead the engineering and architectural delivery of our IAM solutions, aligning with security and SRE teams, auditors, and stakeholders. You will drive the migration from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud and shape scalable, governed IGA patterns for a global enterprise. You'll translate complex requirements into automated, resilient services while advancing AI-enabled productivity and security. This role sits in our centralized IAM team, shaping a worldwide IAM transformation across 50+ countries and evolving data residency governance.
Responsibilities- Lead engineering delivery for Identity Governance and Assurance platforms to ensure long-term serviceability
- Drive the global migration from Oracle Identity Manager to SailPoint Cloud with secure, scalable execution
- Refine requirements into architecture and implementation approaches supporting global IGA delivery and data residency needs
- Design and build frameworks for application onboarding patterns, connector integration, and repeatable delivery for onboarding and SRE teams
- Establish governance, standards, and delivery practices to improve consistency and control across the IAM ecosystem
- Partner with auditors, security leaders, and cross-functional teams to support SOX and compliance initiatives
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across development, architecture, deployment, and operations
- Collaborate with centralized IAM peers to share patterns and influence broader identity strategy
- Apply AI knowledge to improve productivity, solution quality, and security outcomes
Key requirements- Bachelor or Master in a technical discipline with deep IAM experience
- At least 15 years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading major IGA projects
- Hands-on engineering leadership with strong development and architectural skills
- Proven record delivering IGA solutions in global enterprises
- Experience leading or contributing to SOX, data residency, and large-scale identity transformations
- Deep knowledge of identity governance platforms, onboarding patterns, and operationalization
- Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Cloud, or similar IGA platforms
- Strong requirements gathering, solution design, governance, and repeatable framework delivery
