Responsibilities- Provide architectural leadership and guidance within the project team across design phases
- Lead and mentor groups of architects, designers, and specialists
- Develop contract documents through SD, DD, CD, CA stages
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications
- Coordinate quality control reviews of contract documents before client issuance
- Coordinate internal and external disciplines for successful construction
- Attend design reviews with clients, PMs, and municipal agencies
- Validate design decisions with cost analysis and procurement considerations
- Monitor contractor progress during construction and offer recommendations
- Stay current with design software (BIM, Revit, ACC, AI, Bluebeam) and apply in project work
- Apply creative design thinking to maximize value for the client
Key requirements- Bachelor in Architecture (NAAB-accredited)
- 6+ years of professional architectural design and project delivery experience
- Licensed Architect in the state of practice
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp; visualization tools Enscape or Lumion
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices
