Overview

As an Instructional Designer at JLL, you create learning experiences that empower a global workforce to excel in a dynamic real estate landscape. You collaborate with leaders and SMEs to design solutions across eLearning, ILT, and documentation. You apply adult learning principles to diagnose gaps, run content workshops, and turn complex ideas into accessible training that drives performance. You manage a training backlog and develop role-based content using modern learning technologies. This role offers a chance to shape learning at scale within a mission-driven, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality eLearning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Create instructor-led materials including facilitator guides and workbooks
  • Develop practical documentation (handbooks, how-to guides, quick reference guides)
  • Conduct gap analyses and lead content-gathering workshops with SMEs
  • Apply adult learning principles to create learner-centered content
  • Build and manage training content backlogs and prioritize projects
  • Design role-based training solutions for diverse audiences
  • Create multimedia assets (interactive scenarios, videos, simulations)
  • Evaluate feedback to refine learning experiences
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or related field
  • 3+ years of multi-format learning content design and development in corporate settings
  • Expert proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Experience conducting gap analyses and facilitating content-gathering workshops
  • Experience designing ILT and creating facilitator guides and participant materials
  • Proven ability to write clear instructional content across formats
  • Experience with LMS and SCORM standards
  • Solid project management skills with multiple concurrent projects
