Overview

In this role you lead the fiduciary administration function across a national platform, shaping strategy and delivering excellent client outcomes. You partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive risk-aware governance, process transformation, and operational excellence. You manage a large team of fiduciary professionals and guide complex relationships, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and bank policies. This position offers strategic impact on client experience and fiduciary strategy within wealth management.

Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the strategic vision for fiduciary administration across a national platform
  • Oversee administration of diverse fiduciary relationships with consistent policies and high service standards
  • Lead risk management and governance activities, including regulatory compliance and governance committees
  • Develop and coach a large team of managers and fiduciary professionals
  • Drive operational performance, capacity planning, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with Wealth, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Ops teams to advance fiduciary strategy and client experience
  • Serve as executive escalation point for complex fiduciary matters and significant client situations
  • Contribute to budget planning and modernization of fiduciary processes and technology
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of trust and fiduciary administration experience with substantial leadership responsibilities
  • 7+ years of senior-level people leadership managing leaders and large teams across locations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Trust Management, or related field
