Sr. Leasing Manager - The Margo and The Kathryn

In this role you drive revenue, occupancy, and resident retention for a Greystar community by leading marketing, advertising, and leasing activities. You work closely with on-site teams to optimize traffic, pricing, and promotions while ensuring the property meets standards and delivers a strong market presence. You will develop and execute marketing plans, supervise the leasing team, and analyze performance to inform strategy. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a meaningful impact on property performance and resident experience.

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans
• Develop and execute print and internet advertising strategies and generate leasing reports using property management software
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure property appearance and salability of units
• Participate in leasing process including traffic generation, prospect qualification, lease documentation, and move-ins
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify issues and support solution strategies
• Oversee lease renewal programs and manage related communications
• Respond to resident and owner concerns promptly and document requests
• Supervise leasing team: hiring, training, and performance management

• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions
• Valid driver's license to drive a golf cart on property
