Overview In this role you will coordinate and deliver PlayStation Store creative assets, ensuring accuracy and timely availability. You will work across Global Content Services, Merchandising, Editorial, Creative, and Store Operations to support merchandising, editorial, and promotional programs. You'll manage asset libraries, track requests, and uphold quality standards for global store experiences. Responsibilities- Coordinate collection and delivery of creative assets from publishers and internal teams for PlayStation Store programs
- Track asset requests, submissions, approvals, and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery
- Review assets against specifications, identify gaps, and coordinate follow-up as needed
- Maintain visibility of asset status across campaigns, promotions, and key Store moments
- Partner with GCS, Merchandising, Editorial, Creative, Store Operations and other teams to align asset needs and timelines
- Support Merchandising and Editorial as they plan and execute programming at scale
- Maintain organized asset libraries, trackers, documentation, and workflows
- Document asset requirements, processes, and best practices for internal teams and external partners
- Identify recurring bottlenecks and surface opportunities to improve asset requests, collection, and distribution
- Support scalable workflows and tools as PlayStation Store programming evolves
- Help ensure assets meet store specifications and quality standards and perform quality checks
Key requirements- 2+ years in digital content, creative operations, asset management, publishing operations, project coordination, or related field
- Excellent organizational skills with multiple requests and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Clear, proactive communicator across multiple teams and external partners
- Experience with digital assets and familiarity with image, video, and content formats
- Comfort with trackers, CMS, PM tools or similar workflows
- Ability to identify problems and drive items to closure in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in gaming and understanding of PlayStation ecosystem a plus
- Highly collaborative, curious, and eager to learn in a global organization
