Overview In this role you drive supply chain efficiency through procurement and planning, partnering with Product Management and Engineering on new product development, and managing long term component availability. You will optimize inventory and vendor relations to meet customer demand while identifying cost-saving process improvements. The position emphasizes cross functional collaboration to support NPI and strategic sourcing, especially with Asia-based suppliers. You'll contribute to a scalable, reliable supply chain and business outcomes.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with PM & Engineering to support NPI and secure materials
- Manage procurement processes and timely acquisition of high-quality components
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, especially in Asia, for pricing and terms
- Analyze supplier quotations based on specs and market conditions
- Plan and monitor inventory levels to align with customer requirements
- Develop strategies for long lead-time and unique components
- Prepare and analyze inventory and aging reports to improve efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement accuracy and streamline processes
- Support cross-functional forecasting, demand planning, and risk mitigation
Key requirements- 5+ years in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Materials Management, Manufacturing, or related discipline preferred
- Strong vendor negotiations experience, particularly with Asia-based suppliers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
