Overview As Senior HR Business Partner, you partner with NASC PXT leadership to align people strategies with business aims. You will lead a diverse HR team, driving risk-aware, data-informed decisions that improve employee experience and organizational health. You'll balance strategic insight with hands-on leadership development, change management, and scalable HR solutions in a fast-paced, on-site AWS environment. You influence senior stakeholders to deliver people-centric outcomes at scale while maintaining high-touch support for sensitive matters.

Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse HR team to act as strategic partners and mitigate organizational risk.
- Establish early warning systems and leverage data to identify and mitigate people-related risks across functions.
- Shape and execute a strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health, driving sustainable HR innovation.
- Partner with business leaders to design integrated talent strategies, including succession planning and future capability needs.
- Guide the use of analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns, inform decisions, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Set and drive culture transformation initiatives with leaders, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Champion strategic adoption of HR technology to improve efficiency while preserving high-touch, empathetic employee support.
Key requirements- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years of HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, logistics).
- Experience supporting or leading employee processes (onboarding, investigations, talent management, training, benefits).
