Overview In this role you will support analytical and biological testing within Frontage Laboratories' Biologics team. You will develop and validate analytical methods, perform immunoassays (LBA, ELISA, MSD, RIA) for PK/PD and immunogenicity studies, and prepare cell-based assay materials. You will maintain instruments, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist the Principal Investigator with study conduct while documenting activities. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge biologics workflows in a leading CRO, contributing to safe and effective drug development. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive assay reliability and data quality.

Responsibilities- Perform analytical and biological sample testing
- Conduct method development and validation studies
- Perform immunoassay techniques (ligand binding assays, ELISA, MSD, and/or RIA) for PK/Immunogenicity studies
- Prepare and handle cell lines, tissue culture media and reagents for cell-based assays (NAb)
- Maintenance of instruments and addressing technical issues
- Assist the Principal Investigator with study conduct
- Maintain study documentation
- Meet regulatory compliance requirements

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in related scientific discipline or Bachelor degree with relevant experience
- At least 2 years working in a laboratory preferred
- Immunoassay techniques (ligand binding assays, ELISA, MSD, RIA)

- Method development and validation
- Instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
