Overview In this role you will manage and optimize CICS environments on z/OS to meet client requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes, document processes, and monitor performance. You will apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and ensure reliable mainframe operations. Responsibilities- 5+ years in CICS Administration and System Programming
- Implement CICS customer-requested changes
- Interpret documentation and create checklists; maintain technical documents
- Specialize in CICS performance and tuning
- Familiarity with CPSM Web User Interface (MVCICS) as monitoring tool
- Configuration and support of CICS regions on z/OS; preferably CICSPlex SM
- Installation and maintenance of CICS system software products for all CICS systems
- Demonstrate effective communication and phone etiquette
