Responsibilities- Design, model, and implement state-of-the-art models and solutions for labor planning and logistics
- Collaborate regularly with software engineering teams and business leadership to align on strategy
- Design, implement, and evaluate experiments to measure impact and drive data-driven decisions
- Provide strategic analyses feeding production systems and long-term planning
- Advise on evolving flexible labor planning programs and optimization of the supply chain
- Identify opportunities to improve cost, reliability, and speed through analytics and optimization
Key requirements- 3+ years building models for business applications
- PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience
- Publications or patents in top-tier venues
- Programming experience in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing
