Overview In this role you serve as the technical backbone for ThoughtSpot's most strategic customers, designing scalable, production-ready analytics deployments. You own the end-to-end architectural relationship, translating customer needs into reusable patterns that survive real usage. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to unblock go-live and feed product improvements from real-world signals. This is a high-ownership, customer-outcome driven position that shapes how ThoughtSpot is embedded across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities- Own the technical relationship with strategic customers as the single architect for modeling, integration, and scaling ThoughtSpot Analytics
- Design production-ready data models, embedding patterns, and governance structures that withstand real usage, volume, and security reviews
- Lead deployments from kickoff to production and unblock blockers to go-live
- Create reusable architecture patterns from complex deployments to accelerate future implementations
- Be the voice of the customer to Product, surfacing real-world failure points and scale issues to drive improvements
- Document and codify successful deployment practices to reduce reliance on tribal knowledge
Key requirements- Hands-on technical architect with ownership of customer relationships
- Deep understanding of enterprise data modeling, governance, and security, plus BI embedding knowledge
- Ability to communicate without an SE, and to speak with customer data/platform teams
- Proactive, transparent communication; no surprises or excuses
- Experience architecting complex enterprise deployments in ThoughtSpot, other analytics/BI vendors, or enterprise SaaS
