Overview In this role, you will lead and coordinate construction management projects for a client-focused service group within a multidisciplinary firm. You'll supervise engineers and technicians, manage budgets, schedules, and quality, and liaise with clients and regulatory bodies. You'll guide risk assessment, prepare proposals, and mentor junior staff while delivering projects that improve trails, wastewater infrastructure, and parks. Responsibilities- Manage project teams of engineers and technicians on construction inspections and activity documentation
- Oversee construction administration, oversight, and quality control
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and deliverables; report variances and corrective plans
- Maintain regular client communication and provide formal presentations to stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, determine project scope, budget, and deliverables; identify funding sources
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle
- Mentor and develop associates; ensure QA/QC and compliance with standards
- Support business development through client relations and outreach
Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction Management (or related field)
- Ohio PE License required
- 10+ years of related experience preferred
- 7+ years of supervisory experience preferred
