Overview In this role, you oversee the business plan execution for a portfolio of properties, guiding Property and Area Managers to implement corporate policies and exceed client expectations. You will act as the main liaison with owner representatives, manage budgets, and drive performance across marketing, revenue, and operations. The position emphasizes people leadership, training, and hands-on management to optimize property results. You will shape how properties perform through data-driven oversight and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for owner representatives and communicate terms of the Property Management Agreement
- Review and approve property purchases within the expense budget
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop budgets and monitor ad effectiveness
- Participate in revenue management pricing calls and related discussions
- Analyze resident surveys and create improvement plans for underperforming staff
- Oversee marketing activities and lead evaluation of leads, screenings, and market data
- Assist with RFP responses and pitches
- Ensure staff use property-specific front-end technology effectively
- Oversee risk management, safety standards, and timely rent-ready preparation
- Coordinate with Operations Center of Excellence to optimize shared services and ensure timely property documentation
Key requirements- 5+ years of Property Management experience
- 5+ years of Management experience
- Experience with financials, budgets, bookkeeping, and sales
- Proficiency in Yardi property management software and MS Office Suite
- CPM, CCI, RPA, CAM preferred (required in some markets)
- Real Estate License required (in some markets)
- Ability to draw data results from systems and communicate financial terms to stakeholders
