Overview As a Project Manager, you will lead construction initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will collaborate with clients and contractors, guiding cross-functional teams to align on scope, schedule, and resources. You will manage risks, review key documents, and uphold safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle. You will visit sites regularly to resolve issues and keep projects on track. This role offers impact across diverse ground-up and design-build projects in healthcare and commercial sectors.
Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with specifications and timelines
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and resources

Key requirements- Proven PM experience in construction with background in ground-up commercial, healthcare, K-12, or assisted living projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Familiarity with Ground Up and Design Build projects is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
