Overview In this role you drive recruiting success for Prime Healthcare across the organization. You'll develop recruitment strategies to fill openings efficiently while controlling costs. You collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, senior leaders and vendors to align talent with the organization's needs. You will leverage your sourcing, negotiation and interviewing skills to secure top candidates. Responsibilities- Develop recruitment strategies to fill vacancies in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Source candidates, interview, negotiate salaries, and close offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR staff, senior leadership and external vendors to meet organizational hiring needs
- Maintain strong knowledge of clinical functions to support hiring decisions
- Partner with recruiters to ensure alignment with department objectives and budgets
Key requirements- Bachelor in Business/Human Resources
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience
- Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality and time management
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
