Responsibilities- Optimize material, personnel, and operational flows
- Support facility expansion, maintainability, and performance goals
- Coordinate facility planning across engineering and operations teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in GMP facility planning or design for pharma/biotech/vaccine manufacturing facilities
- Experience with cleanroom zoning, manufacturing adjacencies, and contamination control
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical facility design principles and GMP requirements
- Experience with multidisciplinary project teams on capital projects > $500M TIC
