Overview As Global Talent Management Leader, you will design simple, high-impact talent systems to drive measurable business results across 70+ countries for 44,000 employees. You will transform succession planning to build a robust pipeline for critical roles and partner with HRBPs and People Analytics to shape talent strategy. You'll lead global talent reviews, development, and mobility, while driving AI-informed workforce planning. Responsibilities- Design and run global talent review, calibration, succession, and action planning processes to accelerate pipeline development
- Define talent philosophy and approach to key talent pools
- Drive proactive talent development through Talent Councils
- Lead pre-hire and leader development assessment processes
- Own talent mobility philosophy and programming, including rotational programs
- Drive leader assimilation and acceleration for new/transitioning leaders
- Lead workforce planning with a focus on AI impacts on the workforce
- Partner with People Analytics to build actionable talent health dashboards
- Drive clear, compelling communications to align global stakeholders
- Lead the global coaching practice and partner on executive leadership development
- Explore internal talent marketplace with Talent team and HR
- Lead and develop a global team of talent professionals
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10-12+ years in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Assessment/Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or Workforce Planning in a global, matrixed enterprise
- Proven track record designing simple, scalable talent systems with measurable results
- Strong data fluency and partnership with People Analytics; comfort with AI implications for talent and org design
