Overview In this Senior Recruiter role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume sales hiring push, partnering with HR and hiring leaders to shape search strategies. You will target experienced B2B sales professionals across national markets and balance on-site and remote opportunities. You will manage candidate pipelines, screening, and interview processes to ensure a high-quality, efficient hiring experience. This contract role offers visibility into building a stronger sales organization and cross-functional hiring across multiple roles.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of sales positions from intake to offer acceptance.
- Develop targeted sourcing to engage experienced B2B sales professionals in competitive markets.
- Create and maintain pipelines for remote and dispersed roles.
- Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to define role expectations and interview strategies.
- Evaluate applicants for sales effectiveness and commercial potential.
- Identify candidates with transferable backgrounds when direct sector experience is limited.
- Oversee candidate communications, screening, and scheduling through the selection process.
- Utilize recruiting platforms and talent tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and assessment-based methods.
- Support additional hiring needs outside of sales in functions such as Product Management as priorities evolve.
