Human Resources - Senior Talent Advisor

Overview

As a strategic partner in talent acquisition, you will lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization, guiding leaders on hiring and workforce needs. You will build proactive pipelines, support executive recruitment, and continuously improve processes and technology to optimize outcomes. You'll manage complex roles, mentor the Talent Team, and enhance the candidate experience while promoting the employer brand. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution with a strong impact on organization growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee team recruiting efforts and provide direction
  • Develop and deliver integrated recruitment services and consult with hiring managers on needs and sourcing strategies
  • Maintain recruitment activity documentation in the HRIS
  • Serve as main contact for executive recruiting, including interview itineraries and travel coordination
  • Improve the candidate experience and onboarding process for new hires
  • Mentor department staff and support training of new hires on the Talent Team
  • Promote employer brand through social media, events, and community outreach
  • Evaluate talent strategies and identify process improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements related to recruitment and report findings
  • Perform other duties as required
Key requirements
  • Independent, full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions and levels
  • Strong sourcing and active/passive candidate engagement
  • Ability to develop strategies for specialized, difficult-to-fill, leadership, and executive roles
  • Prioritization, initiative, and innovative problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft applications; Dayforce knowledge a plus
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and labor market conditions
  • Fluent English; successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check
