Overview In this role you lead turnkey electrical construction projects from planning to turnover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget execution. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver constructible, cost-effective solutions and manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors across multiple projects. You oversee safety, QA/QC, and compliance programs, driving productivity and project success. This position supports growth in microgrids, distributed energy resources, and advanced power systems within the EESS division.

Responsibilities- Lead turnkey electrical construction projects from pre-construction planning through commissioning and client turnover
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, risk mitigation, and subcontractor performance across multiple projects
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and field teams to deliver constructible, cost-effective solutions
- Oversee construction safety, quality, and compliance programs including QA/QC, JSA, lockout/tagout, and progress reporting
Key requirements- Bachelor degree with at least five years of electrical construction, field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience; or an Associate degree with seven years of experience; or ten years' experience in lieu of a degree
- Journeyman/Master Electrician, Electrical Superintendent, Construction Supervisor, or Field Service Engineer background
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75%
- Willingness to undergo background/drug screenings and compliance with Eaton safety programs
