Overview As a credentialed Health Actuary, you will apply financial and actuarial principles to evaluate how strategic decisions affect a large health insurer. You will leverage Medicare product line knowledge to oversee pricing, underwriting, statistics, reserving, forecasting, and other actuarial tasks. This role offers scale and resources of a major payer while you own high-impact actuarial work and gain visibility across the Medicare business. You'll move beyond pure modelling toward leadership, strategic decision support, and cross-functional impact.
Responsibilities- Oversee pricing, underwriting, statistics, reserving, and forecasting for health actuarial work
- Assess impact of corporate decisions using actuarial and financial analysis
- Apply Medicare product knowledge to actuarial tasks
