Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Lead the renewal process and deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with Production team to secure new business and expand existing accounts
- Drive results to meet revenue goals and contribute to continuous improvement
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or
- 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience (or 10+ years with a HS degree/GED)
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Appropriate licensing as required
- Proficient in using technology to maximize productivity and quality
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable engaging others in consultative discussion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-directed work style
