Overview As Human Resources Manager at Kenco Wilmer, you will oversee site HR services and training, ensuring policy compliance and effective employee relations. You'll partner with leadership to shape HR strategies, manage data in HRIS, and drive training programs. Your work supports safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the distribution center. Responsibilities- Deliver day-to-day HR services to the distribution center population
- Ensure legal and policy compliance across employment, benefits, and labor relations
- Coach and counsel managers and employees on HR matters
- Maintain HRIS data for hires, terminations, performance, and payroll
- Maintain employee files and relations with temp/staffing agencies
- Develop and maintain employee orientation programs
- Serve as liaison for employee benefits with Kenco Management Services
- Train management and staff on harassment, discipline, and performance coaching
- Monitor and report training progress and HR metrics
- Coordinate the annual HR Improvement Plan and provide management with organizational data
- Adhere to Safety and Environmental procedures and maintain orderly work areas
- Collaborate with Leadership Team to refine HR strategies and processes
- Perform other duties as needed to meet business needs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR or SPHR preferred
- Five+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
