Site Manager - MEP

In this role you will lead the mechanical and electrical on-site delivery for a large Bristol development. You will work with PMs, design teams and subcontractors to drive programme, quality, and safety from installation through handover. • Manage day-to-day delivery of all M&E works on site
• Coordinate M&E subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Drive programme performance and achieve key milestones
• Monitor installation quality and adherence to specs
• Review RAMS, permits, inspections, and quality records
• Chair coordination meetings with stakeholders
• Integrate MEP work with wider site activities
• Identify and resolve technical/logistical issues on site
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and snagging
• Lead final handover processes and ensure safety and environmental standards

• Experience as MEP Site Manager, Building Services Manager, M&E Manager, or M&E Site Supervisor
• Background with M&E subcontractor or main contractor
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical building services installation and coordination
• Experience on large construction projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or mixed-use sectors
• Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
• SMSTS and CSCS accreditation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and build relationships
