Of Counsel - Litigation (Product Liability)

In this role you will join DLA Piper's Litigation group as an Of Counsel, focusing on Daubert/Rule 702 motions and pharmaceutical/medical device matters. You will draft complex briefs, supervise associates, work with experts, and shape case strategy across multiple offices. The position emphasizes strong writing and analytical skills to deliver high-quality legal work for major product liability litigation. You will collaborate across teams to support clients and advance important matters in a fast-paced environment.

• Reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda
• Communicating with clients

• Assisting with fact development and depositions

• 8+ years of experience (preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm)
• Extensive experience writing briefs, including Rule 702 and Daubert issues
• Experience with products liability litigation
• Experience with pharmaceutical and medical device industry a plus
• JD
• Bar Admission; admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application; NY applicants encouraged
