Overview In this role you will shape secure-by-design architecture for a cloud-first, SaaS-enabled ecosystem. You will bridge Red Team insights and Blue Team defenses to reduce attack surfaces and strengthen detection and response. Working with engineering, cloud, and product teams, you embed security into the software development lifecycle and advance Zero Trust maturity. You will articulate secure design principles, reference architectures, and standards to support scalable, secure platforms that power entertainment and sports initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role with a strong impact on enterprise and SaaS security.

Responsibilities- Design and evolve enterprise security architecture with secure-by-design principles
- Lead secure design patterns and reference architectures for cloud-native and SaaS environments
- Act as liaison between Red Team and Blue Team to translate findings into architectural improvements
- Plan and execute Purple Team exercises to validate controls across infrastructure, apps, and SaaS platforms
- Develop threat models for critical systems, including SaaS integrations, APIs, and identity flows
- Define and enforce security architecture standards for SaaS adoption
- Assess and secure SaaS ecosystems, including third-party integrations and OAuth apps
- Evaluate modern architectures (Zero Trust, microservices, containers, serverless) and advise on controls
- Drive improvements in detection by mapping ATT&CK techniques to logging and response
- Collaborate with cloud/platform teams for secure configuration and continuous compliance
- Conduct architecture risk assessments with pragmatic remediation aligned to business risk
- Promote security observability via logging, telemetry, and SIEM/SOAR integrations
- Mentor engineers and architects on secure design and adversarial thinking
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related experience
- 7+ years in cybersecurity with 2-3 years in architecture or senior engineering roles
- Hands-on experience in Cyber Threat and Offensive Security operations
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise architectures
- Experience scripting in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience aligning threat/vulnerability management with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO27001, CIS controls
- Experience integrating S-O-O-R, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning, Threat Feeds, Red Team tooling
