Client Relationship Officer - Commercial Admin Total Bank

Overview

In this role you will support client relationships and operational tasks to deliver accurate, timely service. You collaborate with Commercial Bankers and internal partners to manage documentation, assist with account opening, and coordinate loan and deposit activities. You will help drive client satisfaction while supporting growth through cross-functional coordination. This position emphasizes relationship management, compliance, and efficient process execution in a regulated banking environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities
  • Support relationship management and client servicing for a portfolio of clients
  • Assist with line of credit renewals and annual relationship reviews
  • Open new accounts with complete, accurate documentation
  • Input information into lending systems and prepare credit submissions
  • Coordinate third-party reports and due diligence (KYC, beneficial ownership)
  • Document imaging, indexing, and recordkeeping of client files
  • Perform account maintenance and keep client contact details up to date
  • Review construction draw packages and related documentation for compliance and accuracy
  • Disburse funds, process payments, and support loan closings with Commercial Bankers
  • Respond to client inquiries, conduct account research, and resolve fraud claims
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote banking products
  • Collaborate with Loan Operations, Treasury Management, and Deposit Operations
  • Adhere to bank policies, compliance training, and regulatory requirements
Key requirements
  • Two years of relevant banking experience
  • Strong analytical abilities and credit underwriting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret financial documents and legal materials
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
  • Ability to work in a team and under time constraints
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail for documentation and due diligence
  • Knowledge of loan documentation processes and attorney-prepared documents
