Overview In this role you support routine lab procedures and established assays, cell/tissue culture, and animal studies under supervision. You monitor results, collect and summarize data, and assist in maintaining equipment and safety. You perform basic data analysis, prepare tables and figures, and help organize data for meetings and manuscripts. You contribute to grant-backed research and collaborate with the PI and team to advance scientific goals.

Responsibilities- Perform routine lab procedures (assays, cell/tissue culture, animal studies)
- Monitor results and report unusual outcomes with suggested modifications
- Collect, enter and summarize data; prepare tables/charts/graphs
- Assist in maintenance of lab equipment and supplies
- Conduct basic statistical data analysis and data visualization
- Present findings at lab meetings and assist in manuscript writing
- Work under supervision with some independent tasks
- Collaborate with PI and team to support grant commitments
Key requirements- Bachelor in Biology or related science; or associate degree with 6 years of relevant lab experience
- Solid understanding of lab techniques, equipment, and safety
- Ability to organize and carry out techniques independently and in a team
- Experience with basic data analysis
