Responsibilities- Conduct detailed testing and analysis of systems and processes
- Draft comprehensive reports and findings based on analysis
- Support engagement planning and quality assurance activities
- Engage with system, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements
- Assist in resolving complex issues related to project objectives
- Provide expert advice and counsel supporting agency management and business improvements
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, or related field
- Minimum of two years professional experience
- Proficiency in performing detailed testing and analysis
- Ability to draft comprehensive reports and findings based on analysis
- Demonstrated ability to draft working papers, deliverables, findings, and final reports
- Prior experience supporting AOUSC and the Federal judiciary advantageous
