Overview In this role you support a nationally recognized construction law practice across San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles. You will litigate a range of construction disputes and contribute to transactional work by preparing and negotiating construction contracts and related agreements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions and help advance high-profile projects. This is a platform to shape complex disputes and contract work within a premier AmLaw 100 environment.

Responsibilities- Litigate diverse construction disputes including delay, disruption, payment, lien, bond, and stop notice claims
- Prepare and negotiate construction contracts, change orders, and related agreements
- Engage in transactional construction work in addition to litigation duties
- Support the firm's nationally recognized construction practice and collaborate with cross-office teams
- Maintain strong academic credentials and professional references to uphold client service standards
Key requirements- 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience
- CA Bar membership
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience litigating construction disputes; familiarity with contract-related issues is beneficial
- Prior AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience preferred
- Strong academic credentials
