You partner with senior leaders to align priorities, coordinate annual plans, and track KPIs, driving operational excellence. You streamline processes, mitigate workforce-related risks, and help scale the global operating model, including offshore delivery integration. • Coordinate cross-functional inputs across Technology, HR, Finance, Sourcing, Risk/Controls, and partners to unlock value and surface tradeoffs
• Facilitate operating rhythms, executive reporting, and leader forums to communicate performance and enable timely decisions
• Streamline processes to reduce complexity and increase efficiency
• Manage workforce-related operational risks within the technology risk framework
• Support scaling of the global operating model and offshore delivery integration

• University/college degree
• 8+ years industry experience
• Knowledge of business planning methods and KPIs
