Responsibilities- Direct daily food & beverage operations for designated outlets to ensure quality, service, and profitability
- Support guest-satisfaction initiatives and continuously improve the guest experience
- Oversee administrative and planning functions, including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies
- Supervise and develop team members, providing coaching and recognition to build a strong team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
Key requirements- 1-3 years F&B manager experience
- experience in a high-volume hospitality/resort environment preferred
