Overview In this full-time HR Operations role, you partner with regional leadership to ensure consistent, compliant HR operations across multiple locations. You will support onboarding, employee engagement, and performance processes while collaborating with the central HR team. Your work will shape regional training, policies, and data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities- Act as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership and managers
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations ensuring policy and legal compliance
- Lead regional employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Coordinate and oversee new hire onboarding for consistent experience
- Serve as a resource on HR policies and best practices for employees and managers
- Support investigations and resolution of employee relations issues with central HR
- Collaborate on regional training programs for leadership and employee development
- Monitor HR metrics and provide reporting to leadership for decision-making
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records per procedures and laws
- Partner with HR colleagues to streamline processes and implement initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Discretion with sensitive information
- Creative and analytical multitasking and prioritization
