Overview In this role you will lead global delivery, implementation, and governance of access control and video systems to secure BNY's physical footprint. You will drive modernization and align security technology with enterprise standards while managing cross-functional stakeholders and third-party partners. You'll oversee both strategic programs and day-to-day operations, shaping the security posture across global sites. This is a high-impact role that combines project execution, systems upgrades, and vendor governance to deliver resilient, scalable security solutions. You will be at the forefront of BNY's physical security transformation and enterprise-wide standards.

Responsibilities- Manage global installation and commissioning of access control and video systems
- Lead migration from legacy CCure and American Dynamics to Genetec with planning and risk management
- Oversee global Access Control Offices operations including badge distribution, access, digital badges, and employee processing
- Program new access control and video devices
- Establish and enforce global naming conventions for device management
- Coordinate firmware updates and system patching for Genetec and related systems
- Troubleshoot access control and video issues during testing and commissioning
- Collaborate with General Contractors to meet timelines, quality, and security design requirements
- Coordinate with network team to ensure required configurations for new devices
- Ensure asset management compliance and lifecycle tracking of security devices
- Support identification, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies to strengthen security posture
- Assist with audits and compliance activities related to badge data and access records
- Act as engagement manager for security integrators ensuring compliance with ESO policies and standards
Key requirements- Extensive experience in physical security technology, access control, video systems, project management, construction coordination
- Leadership experience managing global programs, technical operations, and third-party vendors
- Strong knowledge of enterprise access control systems, video surveillance, and related security infrastructure
- Experience leading upgrades, migrations, or conversions involving legacy platforms and enterprise deployments
- Understanding of device lifecycle management, patching, firmware management, and operational support
- Familiarity with asset management, audit support, and corporate compliance requirements
- Ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups including security, technology, construction, facilities, and vendors
