Responsibilities- Contribute to product research and design parameter development for new/improved products
- Develop and improve packaging and devices to enhance consumer and retailer experience
- Translate ideas into scalable, feasible chemical and mechanical manufacturing processes
- Develop and apply modeling and simulation to accelerate innovation
- Utilize data science to derive actionable insights for decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and mentor peers
- Support sustainability goals in packaging and device development
- Own projects from Day 1 with clear responsibilities and impact
Key requirements- BS or MS in engineering, life or physical science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Analytical Science, Data Science, Microbiology, Packaging Science, Electrical Technology)
