Overview As a PLM-focused role, you help clients achieve value from Digital Thread and Twin technologies within product development and manufacturing. You work across industries to identify transformation opportunities and design practical roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will drive architectural decisions, lead workshops, and ensure high-quality deliverables that enable long-term success. Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate large Digital Thread & Twin transformation initiatives for clients
- Own requirements, design documents, and deployment of PLM/ALM/MES solutions
- Develop roadmaps and cohesive architectures showing current vs future states
- Lead global functional and technical teams; coach client and internal teams
- Design and implement application configurations to meet business processes
- Create test plans and ensure traceability of requirements and specifications
- Facilitate customer workshops and technical discussions
- Build relationships as a long-term trusted advisor to clients
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years delivering PLM technical solutions using Dassault 3DExperience (architecture, configuration, customization)
- 2 years hands-on experience with Engineering and Manufacturing IT systems (ERP, PLM, MES, ALM, QMS)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); associate degree with 6+ years considered
- Travel up to 75%
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Waterfall
